Shipping policy

Free shipping on all U.S. orders.

Processing time
Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends or holidays, ship the next business day.

Delivery time
Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers in 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren’t guaranteed.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at support@elevatestudioco.us and we’ll try to update it before shipment.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email support@elevatestudioco.us with your order number (and photos & videos for damage) within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
